You achieve the following muscles with the XR103: biceps, triceps, deltoid muscles, pectoral muscles, back muscles and abs, leg muscles such as abduction, hamstrings, biceps, gluteus muscles.
You can do a lot of different exercises here.
With the upper row blocks, you can do crossover, flyes, stretching arms, lat pulldown, twisting.
The lower blocks let you lead the legs back, to the side, do cross-legging, etc.
The grips of the weight-stack machine part give you the possibility to do pull-ups and leg pull-ups.
